Questions before you order
Ordering works through the contact page, not through a checkout. These answers explain payment, changes to your plans and how a refund reaches you.
- How do I order a service?
- Send a message through the contact page describing what you need and your preferred times. We reply in writing with the service, the hours and the price. Nothing is charged until you have read that confirmation and agreed to it.
- How do I pay?
- After you accept the written confirmation, we send an invoice. You pay it by bank transfer, using the reference shown on the invoice. There is no card payment and no online checkout on this site.
- Can I cancel a session?
- Yes. Write to us as early as you can and we will rearrange the session or cancel it. Cancellations follow the payment and refund policy, which sets out what applies depending on how much notice you give.
- How is a refund paid?
- If a refund is due under the refund policy, it is returned by bank transfer to the account the payment came from. We confirm the amount in writing first, so you know what to expect before it arrives.
- Who teaches the paid sessions?
- Sessions are given by the instructors listed on our teaching approach page, matched to your topic: computer skills, smartphones or internet safety. We tell you in the confirmation who will work with you.
- Do you promise particular results?
- No. We can promise clear explanations and careful practice, but how fast someone gains confidence varies. Sessions are built around your tasks and pace, and we adjust as we go.
- Can a family member book for me?
- Yes, a relative can write on your behalf and arrange the details. We will ask for your name and the device you use, and we confirm the plan with you directly before any invoice is issued.
- Is sales tax included in the prices?
- Prices are shown before any applicable sales tax. If tax applies to your order, it appears as a separate line on the written confirmation and the invoice, so the total is clear before you pay.
